I certify that the jumper will be at least 18 years of age on the day of the jump. I also understand that all jumpers must weigh 230 pounds or less. I recognize that cancellations must be at least 72 hours before the day of the jump. I also understand that I must be at the drop zone at the scheduled time and acknowledge that there may be wait times due to the number of jumpers and weather on that day. Failing to arrive at the scheduled time may result in not being able to jump. I acknowledge that Skydive Saskatoon reserves the right to refuse service if they believe the safety of the jump may be compromised for any reason (medical conditions, ill-fitting harness etc).
